I have been looking for a wireless blue-tooth head set device too. I've tried a few with my RAZR phone, but the problem is that all of the ones that I tried don't fit well on my ear with my implant. Does Cochlear have any wireless blue-tooth device in the works? I know there's one made specially for hearing aids.

That's weird because I never really had a problem with cell phone except for few minor things. The best ones that worked for me were the RAZR and the motorola SLVR (which I have now). I have tried a few wireless blue-tooth head set device. They worked for me fine, I just didn't like them very well since I've always been annoyed by customers walking into stores talking to the air before realizing that they were actually talking to someone over the "phone." Haha, I used to work in retail for about 8 years and it always have bugged me. So I decided not to go through it. But yea, it worked for me...you just have to keep going through different ones or go to your phone service store and explain your situation and they usually know what to do and which ones might work best for you. Good Luck :)
