Although I do wear a baha and am an advocate of helping others who suffer from hearing loss and can benefit from this device, I also enjoy working in the real estate business. My interest runs further than just listing and selling properties. I take special interest in properties that have for any number of reasons, fallen into disrepair. I enjoy seeing a home return to its "new construction" state. Vintage homes hold a particular interest to me as I enjoy discovering their history and past. My husband and I do most of the work ourselves with some help from family and friends, contracting out only difficult, dangerous or specialized tasks.  It is easy to become attached to some of these homes. In the real estate industry some may say I am a "flipper" and that may be true, but the same passion that drives me to renovate a home, drives me to help others to hear.
