Beautiful photo. I wonder what ever happened to my first love - a guy named Johnny.

You must have had a wonderful time. I will be going to my 45 year reunion in June 2010 never have been to one. I think this will be exciting and interesting. So far they have 48 signed up to go and as the time goes on I am sure that more will sign up wonder if I'll see my first love there. Wouldn't that be neat, I am sure he won't recognize me or I him. Thank Goodness for name tags-SharonC

There is something about that first love. You never forget how you felt way back in the day! When he was 19 and I was 15 1/2, he called my mother and asked her if I could quit school and marry him. She said I could if that was what I wanted (she thought the world of him). When he asked me and told me she approved, I told him I wanted to finish school and date others before I could know for sure that marrying him was best for me. He met someone at work within a year and they are still married. I met her about 5 yrs. ago and asked her permission to hug him. Last year (this picture) he came alone, so we sat for 15 minutes and talked. He's still a really nice guy!

How fun. Yes, I remember my first love too but so glad I married my husband 41 years ago!! My 45th Reunion was this year but there was nothing planned. Had a 40th which I couldn't go to and I think with everyone getting older a reunion should be held every 5 years from now on. Besides, now I can hear everyone's conversations with the CI!! Barb

Barb, you need to go like you said every 5 years now that everybody is getting older...except us, of course ;-)
