Three birds with one stone...huh?

Well, I kinda killed 3 birds with one stone Smile 

I played CDs on my stereo in the living room and got these benefits:
  1. Listening therapy with both cochlear implants to understand the words
  2. Danced for an hour which was good exercise
  3. Practiced my sign language interpreting skills by signing the songs

The cool thing was I did all 3 at the same time. However, I never quite got my hips and hands coordinated to work together Undecided


I'm just a party all by myself ha ha!

Kare, I am not sore today (Sunday), so I will do this again ha ha! Must do more fast songs and work those mushy muscles!
